Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized products, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, beauty products).
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
